2. What data is processed
Browsing data
When you open a page, the infrastructure hosting the site records technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. These are the ordinary logs of a web server, needed to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse.
What is NOT collected
This site has no contact forms, uses no analytics or profiling tools, and loads no fonts, maps, videos or other content from third-party servers. You are not asked for any data and no profiling cookies are installed: the details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Running and securing the site: processing technical browsing data rests on the legitimate interest in keeping the site reachable, working and protected from misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Storing your choice about the cookie notice: the preference stays in your browser so the notice is not shown again at every visit. It is a feature you asked for by closing the notice.
4. Who the data may be shared with
Technical browsing data is processed by the hosting provider that hosts the site, acting as a processor or as an independent controller depending on the role it takes.
No data is transferred or sold to third parties. There are no advertising, social or analytics services attached to these pages.
5. How long it is kept
Technical server logs are kept only as long as strictly necessary for the security and continuity of the service, according to the hosting provider's policies. The cookie-notice preference stays in your browser until you delete it: you can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, and the restriction of processing, and you may object to processing; where applicable you may request data portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR).
Requests should be sent to info@sevenpixel.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of your own country.
7. Links to other sites
These pages contain links to the SEVENPIXEL application, which is hosted at a different address. When you follow one of those links you leave this site: from that point on, the privacy notice and terms of the service you are opening apply.
8. The SEVENPIXEL application
The app is a separate service from this showcase site, with its own data processing. In short: people who sign up provide an email address and a password; the app stores the images uploaded and generated, linked to the account and visible only to the account holder and to the service administrator; credit top-ups go through an external payment provider, which processes payment data under its own rules.
9. Updates
This notice may be updated when the structure of the site, its providers, the tools in use or the applicable legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
