Cookie Policy — SEVENPIXEL

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of text that a site, or an external service loaded inside it, saves on the visitor's device. They are used to remember choices, keep a session open or (in the case of profiling cookies) follow a user's behaviour from one site to another. Other technologies have similar effects, such as the browser's local storage.

2. What this site uses

As at the date of publication, the site installs no profiling, analytics or advertising cookies and loads no content from third-party servers: no external fonts, no maps, no embedded videos, no social buttons, no visit-analytics tools.

The only thing saved on your device is the record that you have seen the notice:

Why the notice does not ask you to accept or refuse. Consent is required when a site installs non-essential tools, typically for measurement or profiling. There are none here, so the notice is purely informative. If analytics tools are added in future, the notice will become a real choice (with accept, refuse and the option to change your mind) and this page will be updated accordingly.

3. Technical server data

Regardless of cookies, the infrastructure hosting the site records ordinary access data (IP address, browser, page requested, date and time) for operational and security reasons. These are not cookies and are not used to profile anyone: the details are in the Privacy Policy.

4. Links to the application

The buttons that lead to the SEVENPIXEL app open a different address. To work, that service uses technical cookies of its own (for example to keep your session open after signing in), described in its own notice. As long as you stay on these pages, those cookies are not installed.

5. How to delete or manage them

You can remove the saved preference by clearing the site data in your browser settings: in Chrome and Edge under Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data, in Firefox under Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data, in Safari under Preferences → Privacy. Next time you visit, the notice will appear again.

You can also set your browser to block cookies in general: these pages will still work, because they do not rely on any cookie to function.
